Hubby and I went to the snow this weekend with some friends an it was pretty good...well the good outweighed the bad anyway haha.
I'm not a massive snow fan as I always seems to injure myself, and this time was no different.
My nicely bruised and slightly swollen knee >.<
On the Saturday we went to Perisher and the weather was pretty dreadful. Was rainy and snowy and the wind was soooo strong. I almost got blown off my board a few times, and never came off a chair lift without stacking it. But I had heaps of fun just hubby an I on a few runs. Also went to Pretty Valley for a hot chocolate on the mountain.
So now we are home, me with a sore bum, bruised and swollen knee and sore all over hehe, but have our awesome animals to cuddle :)
Back to normal tomorrow!
Ahhh the snow is so fun... not that I ever see it here in Perth. I hope your injuries don't hurt too much!
ReplyDeleteOh, your knee looks very ouchy! I have been to Thredbo a few times but never actually done any skiing. One day...it's just so cold!
